At SKALE, we believe in our product—because we use it too. That’s why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied or don’t feel the expected benefits in clarity, focus, or energy, we’ll make it right.

Please review the policy below to understand how returns, refunds, and replacements are handled.


RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Returns of Unopened Items

To qualify for a return, the product must be in unopened, unused condition and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these criteria.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the unopened product back to us.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

  • Please email your return tracking info to contact@skaledrink.com.

  • If the return package does not arrive and no tracking is provided, we cannot issue a refund.

Upon receipt of the returned unopened product at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Note that your bank may require additional time to post the funds.


30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind SKALE with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’ve used the product consistently and don’t notice any improvements in energy, focus, or clarity, you’re eligible for a refund—even if the product is opened.

To request a refund under this guarantee:

  • Contact us at contact@skaledrink.com within 30 days of your order delivery date.

  • Include your order number, brief feedback, and reason for the return.

  • In most cases, you will not need to return the used product, but SKALE reserves the right to request a return in certain situations.

Refunds under this guarantee will also be processed within 5–7 business days.


Undelivered or Returned to Sender

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not responsible for reshipping. You may receive a refund minus shipping fees, provided the product is in its original condition.

Alternatively, we can reship the order once an additional shipping fee is collected.

Note: This policy does not apply to refused packages (see below).


Damaged Packages

If your product arrives damaged, please contact our customer support at contact@skaledrink.com within 30 days of delivery.

  • Attach photos of the damaged item and packaging.

  • Once verified, we’ll issue a replacement at no cost.

We do not accept replacement or refund requests for damage reported after 30 days of delivery.


Refused Packages

Refusing a shipment may result in a return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. We are unable to determine the exact amount of this fee until billed by the shipping carrier.

⚠️ Please note: Refused shipments may get lost in the return process. If the package does not reach our warehouse, we cannot issue a refund. For this reason, we strongly recommend accepting the delivery and contacting us to arrange a proper return.
